· Communicating with clients and third parties in a professional and timely manner.

· Maintaining confidentiality and acting professionally at all times.

Qualifications:

· A minimum of 2 years of experience as a legal assistant or in a similar role, preferably in Wills & Estates and/or Corporate Law.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal practice management software (we use Clio), with an ability to proofread, edit and format Word documents, including use of advanced functionality (e.g. track changes, table of contents, mail merge, etc.).
