What You'll Tackle:

  • Oversee all Front and Back of House operations
  • Ensure food quality, team accountability, and safety standards
  • Control costs, drive revenue, and lead inventory and payroll management
  • Recruit, coach, and retain top-tier team members
  • Represent the brand with pride in a highly visible airport environment


What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of General Manager-level experience in full-service dining (bar experience is a plus)
  • Strong operational skills, financial acumen, and guest-first leadership
  • Solid communication and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
  • Ability to pass a 5-year Transport Canada background check

This position is located in a secure airport environment and a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC) is required.
