Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting and guiding young individuals, in particular At RiskYouth. CYW,SSW,DSW weekend availability, awake Night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support and mentorship to children and youth, ensuring their emotional and physical well-being.
- Facilitate group activities that promote social skills, teamwork, and personal growth.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to create individualized support plans for each child.
- Monitor progress and provide feedback on the development of youth participants.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, progress reports, and any incidents that may occur during activities.
- Educate youth on important life skills, including communication, problem-solving, and decision-making.
Requirements
- Experience working with children in various settings is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with youth from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping young people succeed.

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
