Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Involvement in the planning and implementation for each clients individualized care and behaviour plan
  • Provide hand on care for each client in a safe, respectful, effective and responsible manner
  • Recognize each individual differences, values and beliefs
  • Support each persons activity plan
  • Demonstrate crisis intervention skills
  • Promote an environment and program that is both supportive and nurturing

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Criminal Record Check including vulnerable sector check (Valid within 6 months)
  • Experience working with children and youth an asset
  • Current CPR & First Aid
  • Current First Aid
  • Valid drivers licence
  • Clear and current driver’s abstract

Must be able to work Evenings and Weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $17.00 per hour
