Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated nurturing Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children/youth and a strong background in early childhood education or social work diploma and This role involves creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children, fostering their development.

Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive and compassionate care to children/youth in a safe environment.
  • Plan and implement educational activities that promote learning and development.
  • Supervise children's playtime, ensuring safety and encouraging positive interactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and daily activities.
  • Observe and document children's behavior and developmental milestones.
  • Collaborate with other childcare staff to create a supportive team atmosphere.

Skills

  • Strong background in early childhood education or related field.
  • Experience working with children in a caregiving or educational setting.
  • Ability to educate children through engaging activities in a classroom environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with children of various ages.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
