This is an exciting opportunity to join a state-of-the-art dealership and begin a rewarding career in automotive service. The Service Concierge role is designed for individuals who are passionate about customer service and are looking to grow within the dealership. Through hands-on experience, mentorship, and ongoing training, you'll develop the knowledge and skills needed to advance into a Service Advisor position.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in creating a seamless and memorable service experience while gaining valuable exposure to dealership operations, customer relations, appointment management, and the service process.

As a Service Concierge you will be responsible for:

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them appropriately
  • Monitor voicemails and ensure timely follow-up
  • Schedule service appointments and support the service team as needed
  • Follow up with customers regarding appointments, missed visits, and service satisfaction
  • Coordinate loaner vehicles, shuttle schedules, and valet support
  • Track and manage customer information in dealership systems
  • Communicate with parts and service departments regarding special orders and appointments
  • Assist customers with inquiries and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Complete administrative tasks including documentation, reports, and database updates
  • Provide backup support for reception and management when required

A Successful Candidate Possess:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
  • Professional and positive attitude
  • Experience in an automotive dealership is an asset
  • Comfortable using scheduling systems and databases
