Full job description

Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for dental office administration? We are seeking a skilled Dental Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our practice, you’ll play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks within the dental office setting. Starting wage is $28 per hour and up based on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle patient scheduling, appointment coordination, and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate electronic dental records.
  • Assist with billing, insurance claims, and financial transactions.
  • Coordinate communication between patients, dental staff, and external parties.
  • Ensure smooth office operations and exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in dental office administration is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in dental terminology and familiarity with dental procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
