Job Overview

As a Lead Server, guide daily service and help create a welcoming, well-coordinated dining experience. Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to keep guest needs, order accuracy, and smooth operations in focus. With focus on educating and leading support staff to execute a high - end experience.

Looking for Friday and Saturday afternoon - nights. Part time work

Duties

  • Lead serving activities, coordinate team assignments, and support colleagues during busy service periods.
  • Welcome guests, provide attentive customer service, take orders, and use POS systems to process transactions and handle cash accurately.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff on food preparation, serving, and food handling, following food safety practices.
  • Assist with team management, interviewing, and restaurant operations as needed.

Skills

Required: Clear communication, customer service, leadership, POS use, accurate cash handling, and practical food safety and handling skills support effective service and team coordination. Preferred: Food service, serving, restaurant, kitchen, or food industry experience; supervising or restaurant management experience; and familiarity with Micros POS, cooking, bartending, barista work, hospitality, or hotel settings. Your impact: Help colleagues deliver accurate, attentive service that keeps guests comfortable and operations running smoothly.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 20.0 per week
