Worldwide is a telecommunications company that provides "5 Star" installation services for our nationwide telecom clients. We provide installations for various technologies, from Smart Home Alarms and home automation to fiber optics, to satellite dishes. No experience is required, just a desire to provide excellent service to our customers!

Positions are available in the GTA.

Responsibilities:

  • Install alarm and security systems including CCTV and Access Control
  • Troubleshoot and repair security systems
  • Maintain communication with dispatch and customers staying on schedule
  • Maintain inventory of provided parts & supplies
  • Educate customers on how to operate and use their alarm
  • Provide Best in Class Customer Service

What we are looking for:

· Your own vehicle to get from customer to customer

· Minimum Grade 12 education

· Experience with low voltage, electrical, or cabling of any type

·Familiar with the use of everyday hand tools (drills, screwdrivers)

· Computer hardware and software knowledge

· Prior customer service background and strong sales abilities

· Ability to work independently and as an interactive member of a team

· Holds a valid Class G Ontario driver’s license and a vehicle suitable for the work

· Ability to perform work safely in all types of conditions – indoor and outdoor

· Acute attention to detail

· A positive, solutions-based attitude and customer-centric style that will allow you to deal with difficult situations with honesty, warmth, and sincerity

· Ability to work 1 weekend and 1 evening shift (available until 7pm) per week

· This position requires the successful completion of a criminal background check.

As a federally regulated industry, all Worldwide employees and contractors are required to be fully vaccinated with a COVID-19 vaccine series, approved by Health Canada or the World Health Organization, as a condition of hire. Should you be a successful candidate, you will be required to comply with our mandatory Vaccination Policy that is in effect and managed by a third party for privacy and security.
