Full job description

We are looking for full-time Customer Experience Associates to help create engaging, positive, and memorable experiences for our customers and prospects! If you enjoy meeting new people, making others feel comfortable, and bringing positive energy into every conversation, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll be one of the first people our customers meet. You'll help create a welcoming atmosphere, start meaningful conversations, answer questions, and guide customers through a positive experience from beginning to end. Every interaction is an opportunity to leave someone with a great impression of our team and our brand.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome customers with a friendly, professional, and approachable attitude
  • Create positive first impressions and help customers feel comfortable from the moment they arrive
  • Start natural conversations and build genuine connections with customers
  • Learn about each customer's needs and introduce products that may be a good fit
  • Answer questions and provide clear, helpful information
  • Help create an inviting, energetic environment at our event sites
  • Continue developing your product knowledge and communication skills through ongoing coaching and team meetings
  • Represent our company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and outstanding customer service
