About Us:

Your Role:

As the GWC Administrator, you will be a vital part of our boutique operations. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure the smooth day‑to‑day functioning of the boutique, allowing our sales and leadership teams to focus on delivering world‑class client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage daily office operations including correspondence, scheduling, document preparation, and record‑keeping.
  • Inventory & Operations: Assist with inventory tracking, shipment coordination, and maintaining accurate product records in line with company guidelines.
  • Client & Team Coordination: Support client relationship management by updating client profiles, processing service requests, and assisting the boutique team as needed.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Prepare internal reports, meeting minutes, and compliance documentation. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Financial Administration: Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Vendor & Supply Management: Order and maintain office and boutique supplies, and coordinate with external vendors when necessary.

What You Bring:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or operations role (luxury retail, watch, or jewelry industry preferred but not required).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A professional and discreet demeanour, comfortable handling confidential information.
