Automotive Service Advisor / Parts Advisor / Sales Representative

Canada Custom Autoworks – Airdrie, AB

Full-Time | Competitive Pay + Performance Bonuses

Canada Custom Autoworks is a growing custom automotive shop specializing in wheels, tires, suspension lifts, accessories, and vehicle customization. We are looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team at our Airdrie location.

This is a hybrid role that combines the responsibilities of a Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, and Sales Representative. The ideal candidate enjoys working with customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in person, over the phone, by email, and through social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
  • Respond promptly to online leads and customer inquiries
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Recommend and sell wheels, tires, suspension lifts, leveling kits, and automotive accessories
  • Create estimates, quotes, invoices, and work orders
  • Schedule installations and service appointments
  • Coordinate with technicians and installers to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Follow up with customers regarding orders, installations, and service updates
  • Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales and service process

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable communicating through phone, email, social media, and face-to-face interactions
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

  • Automotive industry experience is considered an asset
  • Experience as a Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, Automotive Sales Representative, or Customer Service Representative is considered an asset
  • Knowledge of aftermarket wheels, tires, suspension systems, lift kits, and truck accessories is an asset
