职位介绍：Babel Audio 正在招募具备母语级标准普通话流利度的专业配音演员，参与一个单人声音表演项目。您的录音作品将用于训练 AI 系统，使其更好地理解和表达人的情绪。这不是简单的朗读任务，而是一项以角色演绎和情绪表达为核心的声音创作工作，需要真实的表演能力与专业的声音表现。我们也相应地将该项目设计为更符合专业配音工作的合作形式。

您将收到剧本和场景说明，理解其中的情绪背景，并完成符合角色和情境的声音演绎。每个场景都具有明确的人物设定和丰富的情绪层次，所以，您可能会演绎：

  • 一位新娘，在婚礼上与家人依依惜别，心中百感交集
  • 一位父亲，第一次将新生儿抱在怀中，激动得热泪盈眶
  • 一位牧羊人，发现远处有狼出没，立刻警觉起来守护羊群
  • 一位医生，怀着沉重的心情，向病人家属告知离世的消息
  • 一位跑者，经过多年刻苦训练，在即将冲过终点线的那一刻，百感交集

每段录音时长不超过一分钟。您可以自主选择想要完成的剧本，并完全按照自己的时间安排进行录制。

我们希望您具备

  • 普通话标准、自然流利，具备母语级表达能力
  • 拥有配音、译制、旁白、有声书录制或类似声音表演经验
  • 能够在不同风格和情绪中完成自然、有感染力的声音演绎
  • 能够理解场景说明，并在较少指导下独立完成表演和录制

薪酬

  • $150 美元 / 录制小时
  • 可能提供额外的绩效激励

技术要求

  • 需使用外接麦克风
  • 强烈建议配备防喷罩或防风罩
  • 安静且具有良好声学条件的录音环境
  • 网络连接稳定，能够支持顺畅的音频录制和文件提交
