RoofIgnite runs Meta advertising systems for roofing and home-services companies across the US. We grew from $100k/month to $300k/month in the last 12 months, and we're building toward $1M/month. You'd be joining right as the interesting part happens.

We're hiring a Media Buying Manager to run our media buying department: a management-level marketer who owns client results end to end and builds the team that delivers them.

This is a player-coach seat. You'll go deep in accounts yourself when it matters, and you'll build the systems and the team so you don't have to touch every account ongoing. Client communication is handled by our client success team. Creative production is handled by our creative department. You own delivery and performance, and both of those teams move on your read of the data.

What You'll Own

  • Results across the client book (150 accounts): cost per lead, booking rate, and cost per booked appointment. When leadership asks how the book is doing, you have the answer and the plan.
  • The media buying team: hire, train, and manage the buyers who execute (3 now, growing as we scale). You set the launch and optimization SOPs and QA the work until launches run clean without you.
  • The three surfaces that decide whether a client wins: the ads, the landing pages and funnels, and lead follow-through with our calling team.
  • The technical layer: Meta campaign architecture, GoHighLevel funnels and automations, and tracking end to end (pixels, events, UTMs, A2P/SMS deliverability).
  • The creative feedback loop: you tell the creative department what to make next based on account data, and you deploy winners across the book fast. You direct creative order priorities; they produce formats and ads for your accounts.
  • The weekly performance rhythm: full-book review, at-risk accounts flagged to leadership before the client feels anything, and the fix already in motion.

Who You Are

  • A marketer/business-mind first- market sophistication, market cycle, awareness levels... You think in offers, angles, funnels, and unit economics, not just Ads Manager settings or campaign structure.
  • You've gone deep with accounts, scaled spend while maintaining efficiency, and gone wide on marketing spend across multiple offers.
  • A manager who still executes. You can fix a broken pixel at 9am AND run a team performance review at 2pm.
  • A systems builder. When something works, it becomes an SOP the next hire can run.
  • Comfortable owning dozens of accounts at once, with a team as your execution leverage

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on Meta media buying with real spend behind your work (you've been responsible for $100k+/month across multiple accounts).
  • You've managed or led other media buyers, or clearly operated as the senior buyer on a team.
  • Local service, home services, or roofing marketing experience is a major plus.
  • GoHighLevel experience (funnels, automations) or deep fluency in an equivalent stack, and you learn tools fast.
  • Strong grasp of tracking and attribution: why Ads Manager and the CRM disagree, and how to fix it.
  • Able to work EST business hours, Monday to Friday.

Compensation

  • CA$100,000-CA$130,000 base, depending on experience.
  • Performance bonuses tied to client-book results. CA$140K+ on-target earnings, and the department grows under you as we scale toward $1M/month.
  • Fully remote, paid time off.
