Full job description

Kobi is seeking experienced Document Control / Project Information Specialists to enhance our project services to mining industry clients. While mainly focussed on engineering design deliverables, the scope will also include functional area documentation as required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Execution of document control and project information related standards and procedures for technical engineering, cross-functional areas, and vendor documentation
  • Maintaining current and accurate project information within a metadata-based SharePoint Online repository
  • Management of high-volume deliverable review processes within SharePoint Online
  • Auditing deliverables received and preparing SOW project closeout records for project management approval
  • Interactions with document controllers within client’s multiple engineering firms

Minimum requirements:

  • Strong document control background in mining projects Feasibility through Construction phases – must have experience with technical engineering, cross-functional area and vendor project documentation
  • Recent 2 years Document Control experience within mining industry capital projects
  • Ability to productively self-manage working remotely
  • Applicable work experience references
  • Start date - within 30 days

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
