About Us

Kozak Ukrainian Restaurant is a fast-growing hospitality brand focused on authentic, high-quality Ukrainian cuisine. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for passionate, reliable, and growth-minded Bakers to join our back-of-house team.

Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, we provide hands-on training and a professional environment where you can grow and succeed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year Professional Baking in a fast-paced environment (motivated beginners welcome)
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
  • Ability to lift 20-25kg multiple times during the day
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Reliable, responsible, and hardworking
  • Weekend availability
  • Priority will be given to experienced applicants.

What You’ll Do

  • Scaling, Mixing and Dividing dough - from scratch
  • Shaping
  • Baking pastries
  • Making fillings
  • Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, shaping
  • Operate equipment such as ovens, slicers, mixers, etc.
  • Cleaning working spaces
