We are seeking a Lead Journeyman Carpenter to join our team and take charge of operations on custom home builds. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on leadership, takes pride in precise, efficient work, and brings a deep understanding of complex residential construction.

We are hands-on from foundation to finishing—solving complex structural and architectural details and crafting beautiful spaces built to last. Pride is in the details, and you believe in doing things right while mentoring the next generation of builders.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter (or equivalent experience leading framing and structural scopes on custom homes).
  • Blueprint Fluency & Problem-Solving: Ability to read and interpret complex structural plans, delegate tasks efficiently, and solve technical details on the fly.
  • Leadership & Communication: Strong communication skills with a focus on mentoring apprentices, maintaining safety protocols, and fostering a positive job-site culture.
  • Adaptability & Initiative: Self-starter mindset with high attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
