The Food & Beverage Coordinator provides administrative support to the Food & Beverage leadership team and contributes to the smooth operation and efficient management of multiple outlets.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to all guest reviews and comments posted on online platforms such as TripAdvisor, OpenTable, Facebook, and others;
• Respond to all inquiries received through the "info@" email accounts of each outlet;
• Create and update menus using iMenuPro;
• Prepare weekly Revinate reports for the three outlets;
• Update and maintain sales tracking reports for each outlet;
• Draft communications for Food & Beverage employees and ensure bulletin boards and communication channels remain up to date;
• Respond to inquiries regarding group reservations and manage the booking process for these events;
• Perform any other duties required to support the managers of the three outlets and the Director of Food & Beverage.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role;
• Training in restaurant or hospitality management is considered an asset;
• Strong customer service orientation;
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality work;
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative;
• Availability to work daytime shifts and weekends;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications;
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English, spoken and written.
