Whistler Reception & Property Care (WRPC) is a locally owned, community-focused business providing front desk and property management services for privately owned and rental properties throughout Whistler.

We operate three multi-functional front desks and are looking for friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Agents to join our growing team.

As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the welcoming face of WRPC—assisting guests, supporting homeowners, and helping ensure every stay runs smoothly. This is a dynamic role that blends hospitality, administration, and customer service, where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and assist with check-ins and check-outs
  • Provide exceptional service in person, by phone, and via email
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
  • Manage reservations and update booking systems as needed
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure properties are guest-ready
  • Complete daily administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Assist property owners with requests and property-related inquiries
  • Follow established operating procedures and company standards
  • Open and close the front desk, including secure cash handling and reporting

What You Bring

  • A positive, professional attitude and strong team mindset
  • Previous customer service experience (hospitality experience is an asset)
  • Strong multitasking, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Basic administrative or office experience preferred
  • A valid Canadian work permit (if applicable)
