The Winnipeg Football Club is seeking an enthusiastic and fan-focused individual to join our team as a Fan Service and Ticket Sales representative for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. As part of our team, your primary role will be to provide exceptional fan service to our loyal season ticket members and fans while generating revenue through new ticket sales and renewals. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with fans by providing information about our teams, ticket packages, and special events. Additionally, you will play an essential role in ensuring that the game-day experience is top-notch by assisting fans with any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional service to fans in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Build and maintain relationships with fans to encourage repeat sales and referrals.
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and social media.
- Manage and update ticketing systems, including processing orders and issuing refunds.
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of Blue Bombers, events, promotions, and ticket packages to effectively communicate with fans.
- Process group sales and assist with the coordination of events.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to meet sales targets and generate revenue.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in customer service and/or sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- A passion for sports and a desire to create a memorable fan experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ticketing systems.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment and meet sales targets.
