Overview:

Job Title:
OCC coordinator
Location: Winnipeg International Airport YWG
Reporting to: Station Manager


Role and Function

The role ensures smooth flight operations by managing assignments, delegating tasks, and overseeing attendance and disciplinary actions. It also involves tracking services for billing, handling shift equipment, investigating delays, and processing payroll adjustments to maintain efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and Manage flight assignments utilizing real-time flight management.
  • Delegate work assignments based on qualifications and replaced Agents as the operational requirements dictate.
  • Manage Attendance (monitor email, disciplinary measures)
  • Report out on all shift actions to upper management through SOR reporting.
  • Track flight services through FSC for billing purposes.
  • Issue and recover all Lead hand shift equipment (Radio, headset, scanner, wands). Track and discipline for no- returns/damages.
  • Initiate investigations on all accountable delays and monitor customer delays.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Staff planning/allocation experience required.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Internal and external customer relations skills
  • Knowledge of Passenger Service Operation and strong understanding of the Collective Bargaining agreement
  • Must obtain and maintain valid unrestricted Transport Canada Security Clearance
  • Work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. (day, evening, weekend, and holidays) by operational requirements.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining accuracy and diplomacy
