Overview
We are seeking a motivated and creative Design Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting and designing products that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for design. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience through product demonstrations and effective account management.

Responsibilities

  • In home design consultation with all our clients.
  • Taking final measurements and provide a clear and organized work order to our office team after closing the deal with the clients.
  • Engage with customers to understand their design preferences and requirements.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to facilitate successful sales transactions.
  • Maintain an organized workspace and keep accurate records of sales activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.
  • Assist with cash handling processes during transactions, ensuring accuracy and security.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, and design consultation experience and the window treatments industry is a huge plus
  • Strong account management skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Driver license - must

  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
