Glass, Window & Door Technicians — Residential & Commercial

We are expanding our field team and looking for skilled, dependable technicians with experience in glass, window, or door installation and repair.

The Opportunity

This position is suited to motivated technicians who are comfortable working independently and delivering professional service. Our commission-based compensation offers the potential to earn more based on the work you complete. Actual earnings depend on available jobs, job value, your skills, availability, and performance.

Experience in at least one of our service areas is required—you do not need to specialize in all three. Experience across multiple areas is an asset and can expand the range of jobs you can take on.

Your Responsibilities

Depending on your experience and assigned work, your responsibilities may include:

• Installing, repairing, and replacing residential and commercial glass, windows, and doors.
• Inspecting damaged or malfunctioning components and identifying suitable repair or replacement options.
• Taking accurate measurements and identifying the materials, parts, and hardware needed.
• Repairing or replacing applicable hardware, seals, hinges, tracks, and related components.
• Explaining the required work clearly and professionally to customers.
• Coordinating with the office on scheduling, job progress, parts requirements, and completion.
• Providing accurate job notes, measurements, and photos when required.
• Protecting customer property and keeping work areas clean and organized.
• Following safe work practices and completing work to a high standard.

What We Are Looking For

• At least one year of hands-on experience in glass, window, or door installation and repair.
• Your own reliable work vehicle suitable for travelling to job sites and transporting tools and materials.
• Your own tools appropriate for your area of expertise. If you are missing certain tools, we may be able to help fill those gaps.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel throughout the GTA.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage your time, work independently, and communicate with the office.
• A professional attitude, reliability, and respectful customer service.
• The ability to handle the physical demands of the work safely.

Experience with both residential and commercial properties is an asset.
