Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchenware, dishes, and cooking utensils to ensure a smooth and efficient operation in our busy restaurant or hospitality environment. Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and work areas throughout shifts
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and ingredients
• Ensure proper handling and storage of clean items to prevent cross-contamination
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold health standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to support overall restaurant operations during busy periods
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and food handling safety standards
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
• Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Basic understanding of kitchen operations is a plus but not mandatory
• Willingness to follow instructions carefully and work as part of a team

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
