The Wilson Group is proud to bring The Brick to the South Shore, and we’re excited to continue building something special. As part of this growth, we are expanding our furniture team and looking for motivated individuals to join us.

The Brick is booming! As Canada’s largest home furnishings retailer, we are actively expanding our sales force and seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused team members ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Actively drive sales in a commission-based environment by engaging customers, uncovering needs, recommending solutions, and confidently closing transactions
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first interaction through to final sale and follow-up
  • Build product knowledge across furniture and appliances to confidently guide purchasing decisions
  • Review and follow up on order reports daily to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction
  • Support merchandising standards by maintaining clean, organized, and well- presented displays
  • Attach price tags and promotional materials to ensure clarity and consistency on the sales floor
  • Assist with inventory accuracy and stock organization
  • Move, lift, and assemble products as required
  • Contribute to overall store success with a flexible, team-first approach

What You Bring

  • A strong interest in sales and a desire to succeed in a commission-based role
  • Confidence engaging with customers and closing sales
  • Willingness to learn and apply The Brick’s 7 Steps of Selling
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Physical ability to lift and move products (up to 75 lbs)
  • Furniture or appliance knowledge is an asset, but not required
