Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Condominium Property Manager you will be responsible for the relationship management with our clients, handle day-to-day operational, maintenance, administrative, and financial management. Responsibilities of this position may include, but are not limited to:

  • Prioritizing and conducting the business as generated in a timely manner.
  • Managing projects, emergencies, contracts and contractors as generated in a timely manner.
  • Creating meeting agendas, conducting meetings (some evening meetings required), and following up with accurate minutes.
  • Administering financial matters, including budgeting, analyzing expenses, and reviewing and coding invoices.


Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing and with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including conflict resolution, and people management skills.
  • Computer literacy, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel and e-mail
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with applicable departments, contractors and key business partners.
  • Ability to follow through and complete overlapping projects..
  • Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills.
  • Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
  • High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts.
  • Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures.
  • Meet all annual industry licensing requirements with the CMRAO
  • A current and valid driver’s license and a vehicle is required.
