Siwash Lake Wilderness Resort is a very private and exclusive luxury lodge and family owned guest ranch—an intimate hideaway, hosting no more than 16 guests at a time, in British Columbia's Cariboo region—ranking among North America's finest destinations for luxury ranch vacations, horseback riding, eco- adventures and more.

Siwash Lake is inviting service team members to join us for our upcoming guest season and beyond. We are seeking servers looking to develop and hone their fine dining experience while working in a unique and beautiful wilderness setting. General Requirements - education, work experience, certification, and skills

● Previous serving experience

● Acts with a sense of urgency, and holds themself accountable to a high standard

● Possess social skills required for serving a high-end, discerning clientele

● Mentally prepared to relocate and live in a remote wilderness environment

● Comfortable with children

● Able to work independently and as part of a team

● Willing to abide by the resort’s established systems and sustainability best practices

● Must be safety and detail oriented, and passionate about cleanliness

● Clear communicator, adept at listening

● High school diploma

● Serving it Right Certification

● Previous high-end resort experience

● Passion for the outdoors

● Wine knowledge and fine dining experience

● Multilingual

● Own vehicle

● Experience in a farm or ranch setting
