Job Summary

Join our vibrant culinary team as a Kitchen Hand/Cook, where your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a welcoming and efficient food service environment. In this role, you will assist with food preparation, cooking, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Duties

  • Prepare ingredients and assist with food assembly to ensure timely meal service
  • Cook dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
  • Serve food to guests in a friendly, efficient manner, ensuring a positive dining experience
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
  • Follow food safety protocols and handle ingredients properly to prevent contamination
  • Support the team during busy periods by managing multiple tasks seamlessly
  • Assist with inventory checks and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
  • Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards in a restaurant or hospitality environment
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration
  • Basic understanding of meal preparation techniques and serving practices
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen environment
