Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Server/Bartender to join our team at Wild Wing. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages and food, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong multitasking skills, and experience in food and beverage service. This position offers an opportunity to work in a lively environment where teamwork and customer satisfaction are prioritized.

Responsibilities

  • Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS and handle cashiering duties with precision
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and food handling
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and ensuring a positive dining experience
  • Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously, demonstrating effective time management
  • Handle cash handling responsibilities including processing payments and giving correct change
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, adhering to food safety regulations
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down service stations before and after shifts
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards within the restaurant environment
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours

Experience

  • Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests of all ages
  • Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating bills accurately
  • Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures is advantageous
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods
  • Experience in hospitality or food service roles that demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and reliability
  • Smart serve required.

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
