Duties

• Greet guests warmly and take accurate orders for food and drinks using a POS (Point of Sale) system
• Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Serve food promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables efficiently while providing attentive customer service
• Assist in food handling procedures to uphold health regulations and ensure food safety compliance

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred; familiarity with serving and bartending duties is a plus
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Star POS or similar cash register technology
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Excellent time management abilities to handle high-volume service periods smoothly
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and change calculation
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience with cashiering, serving, or bartending roles is highly desirable
• Demonstrated understanding of hospitality principles and the importance of creating positive guest experiences
