Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive In-charge to lead restaurant operations with enthusiasm and expertise. The ideal candidate will oversee daily store activities, ensure excellent customer service, manage team performance, and maintain smooth store functions. As an In-charge, you will be instrumental in driving sales, managing inventory, and fostering a positive restaurant environment that encourages customer loyalty and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations, ensuring all processes run efficiently and effectively
- Lead, train, and develop team members to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
- Handle cash transactions, cash handling procedures, and POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and promote a cohesive work environment
Skills
- Proven experience in supervising restaurant teams with strong leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Skilled in customer service and conflict resolution
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and administrative tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in training & development of staff
- Proficient in time management and prioritization to meet deadlines effectively
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash handling procedures accurately and maintain store security protocols
