  • Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrates initiative, enthusiasm, and self-motivation
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with guest interaction
  • Flexible availability to work days, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
  • Physically capable of performing the demands of the role, including extensive walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting to 25 lbs

The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms, including vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing bathrooms, emptying garbage bins, replenishing amenities, and ensuring rooms are clean, safe, and well-presented while respecting guest privacy and security. This role also includes reporting maintenance issues (such as burnt-out light bulbs), handling lost and found items appropriately.
