Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role involves preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality. The Line Cook will work closely with kitchen staff to maintain efficient operations and uphold the restaurant’s reputation for excellence.

Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
  • Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
  • Monitor food quality and presentation before serving to guests
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a safe working environment
  • Support meal preparation for special events or catering as needed

Requirements

  • Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred
  • Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
  • Strong skills in cooking, food preparation, and meal assembly
