Location: Dundas & Winston Churchill, Oakville

Position – Dining Service Associates at Kara Mia Oakville (Halal Steakhouse | Italian inspired Cuisine)

Celebrated for our Italian-inspired halal cuisine, Kara Mia has become a popular name in Markham and Ottawa, and we’re now expanding across the GTA. As we grow our team, we’re looking for passionate and experienced , Dining Service Associates (Servers) to join our amazing team, lead with excellence, grow together, and deliver an unmatched guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to every guest.
  • Take and deliver orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Understand menu offerings, ingredients, and pairings to guide guests.
  • Maintain table settings, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow.
  • Uphold the brand’s high standards of professionalism and presentation.

Qualifications

  • Prior serving experience in a restaurant or steakhouse environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a high-energy setting.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A positive attitude and genuine love for hospitality.
  • Two shifts (12PM–12AM)
