Maple Leaf Construction Ltd. is a leading heavy civil construction company based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. With over 80 years of experience, we deliver a wide range of services—from minor repairs to large-scale commercial and infrastructure projects, including commercial development, concrete and asphalt paving, site services, residential developments, street reconstruction, and highway rehabilitation.

We are currently seeking seasonal ASPHALT LABOURERS.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Complete physical work including shoveling, raking and sweeping
  • Experienced in performing asphalt work with related heavy equipment

What you Bring:

  • Ability to work out of town if necessary
  • Previous experience in the asphalt paving industry
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions – primarily outdoors
  • Must hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license
  • Ability to work long hours and some weekends based on business needs
  • Punctual, reliable, and hard working
  • Enjoys being part of a team
