  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including sanitizing work stations and equipment
  • Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations
  • Support the kitchen team during busy hours by managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ensure all food served meets presentation standards and quality expectations
  • Adhere to all food safety guidelines and restaurant policies

Requirements

  • Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service preferred; restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
