Full job description

The Golf Dome is looking for a reliable and responsible part-time Morning Facility Attendant to help open our facility during the winter morning rental period.

This is a great opportunity for someone who prefers early morning work and is comfortable working independently.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday mornings
  • Approximately 6:15 AM – 8:45 AM
  • Seasonal position from November to March
  • Approximately 15–20 mornings per month
  • Schedule will be provided about one month in advance
  • This is not required every day — shifts will be scheduled based on availability and operational needs

Responsibilities

  • Arrive on time and open the facility around 6:15 AM
  • Check the facility and make sure everything is ready for morning customers
  • Monitor the facility during the morning rental period
  • Handle basic customer needs when required
  • Perform light cleaning and tidying after the morning rental period
  • Make sure the facility is secure and properly closed after the shift
  • Report any issues or maintenance concerns to management

Requirements

  • Extremely reliable and punctual
  • Must have reliable transportation to arrive on time for early morning shifts
  • Valid Manitoba Class 5 driver's licence
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Responsible and able to follow opening/closing procedures
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Previous facility, customer service, or similar experience is an asset, but not required

What We Offer

  • $20.00 per hour
  • Consistent seasonal morning shifts
  • Approximately 15–20 shifts per month
  • Schedule provided approximately one month in advance
  • Independent and straightforward work environment
  • Training will be provided

Important

Because this position requires opening the facility early in the morning, reliability and punctuality are extremely important. Candidates must be able to consistently arrive on time for scheduled shifts and have their own reliable transportation.
