Job description:

About Next Health

Next Health is the world's first Health Optimization and Longevity center. Founded over 6 years ago, we've grown to multiple locations nationwide and continue to expand rapidly. We lead the industry in proactive, data-driven wellness — delivering cutting-edge functional medicine services that help clients perform, feel, and live better.

Your Impact

This is not a traditional admin role. As our Patient Care & Sales Coordinator, you are the bridge between our Medical Team and our patients — educating, guiding, and helping patients commit to comprehensive wellness programs that change their lives.

You'll own the full patient journey: from initial consultation through care plan recommendation and conversion. If you have a clinical background and a natural ability to influence and connect with people, this is where those two strengths come together.

What You'll Do

  • Own the patient journey from consultation → recommendation → conversion
  • Present and sell wellness programs, testing packages, and treatment plans
  • Partner with medical providers to translate clinical recommendations into clear, actionable care plans
  • Manage scheduling and coordination for high-value (EP) patients and their health journeys
  • Follow up on leads, test results, inquiries, and re-engagement opportunities
  • Support front-of-house and on-site administrative operations as needed
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of all Next Health services, pricing, and protocols
  • Use platforms including Notion and GSuite to manage logistics and communications

What We're Looking For

This role is ideal for a high-performing CNA, Medical Assistant, or similar clinician who enjoys sales and patient influence.

Required:

  • 2+ years in patient care (CNA, MA, or comparable clinical role)
  • Proven ability — or strong genuine interest — in sales, upselling, or patient conversion
  • Comfortable discussing treatment plans, pricing, and program packages
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking and attention to detail
  • Proficient in technology platforms and administrative tools

Preferred:

  • Experience in wellness, functional medicine, med spa, or concierge medicine
  • Background as an Executive Assistant or in a high-level administrative support role
  • Track record of hitting sales goals or meaningfully influencing patient decisions

What Success Looks Like

  • Patients clearly understand and confidently commit to recommended care plans
  • Strong conversion rates on consultations and follow-ups
  • Seamless coordination between clinical providers and front desk teams
  • High patient satisfaction and long-term retention

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly compensation
  • Employee discount
  • Opportunities for advancement within a fast-scaling company
  • Consistent Monday–Friday schedule

Bonus structure and incentive eligibility will be discussed during the interview and offer process.

Why This Role Is Different

You're not just scheduling appointments — you're driving patient outcomes and revenue. At Next Health, clinical care and sales strategy live in the same seat. If you're passionate about health optimization and energized by helping people commit to transformative care, we want to meet you.
