Spa Bodyworker / Reflexology Provider — Burnaby

Location: Conveniently located in Burnaby, approximately 10 minutes from Royal Oak SkyTrain Station
Compensation: $18.50–$35.00 per hour, plus generous tips. The actual rate will depend on experience, skills, and performance
Job Type: Full-time preferred; part-time opportunities may also be available
Schedule: Flexible shifts, including some evenings, weekends, and public holidays

We are a clean, professional, and client-focused wellness spa seeking a reliable, responsible, and service-oriented Spa Bodyworker / Reflexology Provider to join our growing team.

This role involves providing non-clinical, relaxation-focused bodywork, foot reflexology, and related spa services in a safe, respectful, and professional environment.

This is not an RMT position and does not involve medical assessment, diagnosis, rehabilitation, or insured RMT treatment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, non-clinical relaxation bodywork
  • Deliver foot reflexology and other spa services within your training
  • Ask clients about their preferences, comfort, and relevant safety considerations
  • Explain services clearly and obtain client consent
  • Maintain professional conduct and appropriate boundaries
  • Prepare, clean, and sanitize treatment rooms and equipment
  • Follow hygiene, privacy, sanitation, and workplace-safety procedures
  • Provide courteous and attentive customer service
  • Keep appointments on schedule
  • Report concerns, incidents, or inappropriate behaviour promptly to management

Qualifications

  • Legally entitled to work in Canada
  • Full-time availability is strongly preferred
  • Available for some evening, weekend, and public-holiday shifts
  • Professional, punctual, reliable, and respectful
  • Strong personal hygiene and customer-service skills
  • Able to communicate effectively in English
  • Committed to client consent, privacy, and professional boundaries
  • Previous spa bodywork or reflexology experience is preferred
  • Relevant training or certification is an asset
  • Additional language skills are an asset
  • New graduates with appropriate training are welcome
