Established in 1991, we specialize in Rolls-Royce M250 and Ozark Model T53 turbine engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul for military and commercial operators. We are a multiple Rolls-Royce First Class Service award winner and a subsidiary of M International, a US-based aerospace company. Our team holds an average of 19 years of industry experience.

We are a clean, modern, and technically demanding environment where precision is non-negotiable — the quality of this work directly affects human lives.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Welder to join our shop team. You’ll be working on aeronautical components using GTAW, resistance spot welding, and torch brazing techniques, on materials including titanium, Inconel, stainless steel, aluminum, and magnesium. We welcome candidates who have completed welding training and are early in their careers — if you have the foundation and the work ethic, we will invest in your development and support you through your Red Seal certification.

  • Maintain welding area housekeeping, tool control, and equipment

  • Repair and fabricate fixtures, specialty tooling, and work aids
  • Operate drill presses, bench grinders, pneumatic and hand tools, and measuring equipment
  • Adhere to Canadian Aviation Regulations, industry standards, and company health and safety policies
  • Support Lean and Six Sigma practices in the shop

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • Certificate in Welding from an approved technical school
  • Hands-on welding experience — whether from school, or prior work
  • Comfortable working with technical drawings and repair instructions
  • High attention to detail, reliable, and a strong team player
  • Acceptable visual acuity
  • Strong interest in the aviation industry

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with titanium, Inconel, alloy steels, stainless steel, aluminum, and magnesium
  • Human Factors, WHMIS, CCAA, or Canadian Aviation Regulation training
  • Any progress toward Red Seal or AWS D17.1/D17.2 certification

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly rate ranging from $24 to $28, based on experience
  • Eligible for an annual performance bonus
  • Monday to Friday, day shift, with occasional overtime opportunities
  • Extended health, dental, and vision coverage
  • RRSP matching
  • Boot allowance
  • On-site parking
  • Sponsored Red Seal certification — we will support your path to certification as you grow in the role

Upon applying, our team will review your resume and reach out if your experience is a match. Thank you for your interest — we appreciate your time!

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
