Overview
We are seeking a skilled Millwrights and Welders to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment in an industrial setting, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.

Duties

  • Install, align, and maintain machinery and equipment according to specifications.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues, utilizing analytical skills to diagnose problems effectively.
  • Fabricate parts as needed using welding techniques and other fabrication methods.
  • Collaborate with other trades such as HVAC technicians and industrial electricians to ensure comprehensive maintenance solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.

Qualifications

  • Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in industrial maintenance.
  • Proficiency in electrical systems is highly desirable.
  • Experience with HVAC systems is a plus.
  • Ability to weld and fabricate components as necessary.
  • Strong analytical skills for diagnosing issues effectively.
  • Previous experience as an industrial electrician or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
