Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS
• Assist guests with seating arrangements, reservations, and inquiries to enhance their experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in all guest-facing areas
• Handle phone inquiries with excellent etiquette, providing clear information and assistance
• Support food service operations by coordinating with servers and ensuring timely guest service
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to resolve issues effectively
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy weekend shifts

Requirements

• Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or food service is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries gracefully
• Ability to work flexible weekend hours in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in hotel or restaurant settings is a plus but not required
• Positive attitude, energetic demeanor, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
