Mandatory Skills (Must Have)

• Production Application Support experience (L2/L3)
• Oracle SQL (hands on troubleshooting, not just reporting)
• CA AutoSys job monitoring and JIL script creation/modification
• AIX / Linux shell scripting
• Operational troubleshooting in a production environment
• Experience documenting production failures and RCA
• Oracle PeopleSoft Financials (GL mandatory; AP preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle PeopleSoft Financials applications

• Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and document failures
• Support batch job scheduling and monitoring using CA AutoSys and JIL scripts
• Use Oracle SQL for data validation, issue analysis, and defect investigation
• Develop and modify AIX/Linux shell scripts for operational support and automation
• Support month end / quarter end close activities and finance operational processes
• Coordinate with business users, DBAs, infrastructure teams, and vendors
• Ensure adherence to ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management)
• Participate in after hours and weekend support as required
