What you will do:

This position would have you working our production line. Functions include:

• Feeding bottles in the line including bottle capping, safety seals, etc.
• Hand labeling products in some instances.
• Packing completed orders into cartons ready for shipment.
• Ensuring that packaging instructions are being followed.
• Ensure accuracy of packaging of product.
• Troubleshoot problems or safety concerns and report to Shift Supervisor.
• Ensure cleanliness of the line and general area is always maintained during and after the end of your shift.
• Follow all safety procedures including wearing appropriate safety and hygienic attire.
• Ensure that SOP’s are being followed.
• Other duties that may be required.

• Physical stamina is required. You will be standing for long stretches of time. Must be able to lift, push/pull 25 lbs.
• As this is a production line making a variety of household products, you may be minimally exposed to some odors (we have excellent ventilation).
• You must have your own transportation. Bus service is not an option at our facility.
• Must be a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have an open work permit.
• Manufacturing and/or production experience is an asset.

Shift Option:

• Day Shift: 7am - 3pm, Weekend

Pay:

• $16.00 per hour for first 3 months, then increases to $16.30 per hour after the successful completion of the probationary period.
