CEM Resorts

We are looking for team members who enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, have a positive attitude, and understand the importance of delivering excellent guest service. Whether setting up event spaces, assisting guests, serving food and beverages, or ensuring events run smoothly, your contribution will play an important role in creating exceptional experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with event setup and breakdown, including tables, chairs, décor, linens, and banquet arrangements
  • Welcome guests warmly and provide professional, courteous service throughout events
  • Support food and beverage service during weddings, conferences, banquets, and special occasions
  • Ensure event spaces remain clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and help resolve concerns professionally
  • Work closely with banquet, kitchen, front desk, and event teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Follow resort service standards, health and safety procedures, and company policies
  • Assist with maintaining inventory, supplies, and event equipment when needed
  • Help create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and event attendees

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in hospitality, events, restaurants, hotels, or customer service is considered an asset but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical event setup tasks
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment
