Responsibilities

• Design beautiful and functional responsive website layouts at the direction of the Creative Director
• Design custom brand materials, including logos, branding guidelines, custom graphics, packaging, brochures, business cards, and other print assets.
• Ensure compliance with web accessibility guidelines while balancing SEO optimization requirements.
• Manage web projects from concept through development review, managing project workflows, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure they are delivered within expected timelines.
• Assist with project estimation.
• Meet, correspond with, and coordinate directly with clients to ensure design concepts meet their objectives.
• Communicate and coordinate with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly during the programming phase.
• Communicate and coordinate with SEO and content teams to ensure design supports optimization efforts.
• Staying current with evolving UI/UX trends.
• Working on occasion with in-house or third-party designers to ensure brand consistency across mediums, act as liaison between other designers and clients, and ensure designs are compatible with Web3’s standards.
• Uploading and formatting content, imagery, and media assets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator is a must.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams are a must.
• Experience with Adobe XD and Adobe InDesign is considered an asset.
• Experience with WordPress, HTML, and CSS are assets.

Pay: $22.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
