Reporting to the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible to:

  • Lead and execute SEO and on-site search initiatives to improve organic visibility, search rankings, product discoverability, and overall customer experience across the eCommerce platform.
  • Optimize product pages, category structures, metadata, search rules, filtering, and on-site content using keyword research, SEO best practices, and customer intent insights to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve brand visibility and discoverability across AI-driven search experiences, including ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and other generative search platforms.
  • Manage digital merchandising strategies across category pages, search results, landing pages, and product recommendation experiences to improve browsing, cross-sell, upsell, and promotional visibility performance.
  • Support internal stakeholders and the Germany Search Competency Centre (SCO) to align on global best practices, implement proven search and merchandising enhancements, and support continuous optimization through analytics and local SEO initiatives.
  • Optimize Google Ads campaigns with significant monthly budgets.
  • Perform daily campaign maintenance, bid adjustments, keyword optimization, and budget pacing.
  • Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Execute A/B testing initiatives to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
  • Apply both automated and manual optimization strategies to maximize ROAS and efficiency.
  • Partner with external agencies and internal stakeholders to continuously improve media performance.
  • Monitor and analyze performance across SEO, SEM, site search, and merchandising initiatives

What YOU will bring to this role:

  • Minimum 2 - 4 years in paid search / SEO specialist role
  • Hands on knowledge of tools and platforms used including but not limited to Google / Microsoft Ads, Google Search Console, GA4
  • Intimate knowledge of paid search with experience connecting customer journeys across channels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business /commerce, Computer Science, Data Analytics or equivalent
  • Experience working in a multi-channel, B2B environment with industry knowledge is an asset
  • Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills allowing you to work seamlessly with all stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive, innovative and successful demand capture campaigns selling high volume of products online
  • Keen self-awareness and alignment with a workplace culture that is built on humanistic values and continuous improvement
  • Proven ability in using audience insights platforms to recreate, model and optimize best possible performance within multi-channels
  • Understands how to map and connect data across different platforms for enhanced view of customers and marketing results
  • Bilingual French/English (verbal and written) is an asset
  • Excellent writing skills, some editing (ad text copy development)
  • Adept and interested in understanding business needs and working to achieve the company’s goals.
  • Self-starter who can perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment managing priorities and working time.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
