Full job description

Nickel Bros is looking for an experienced Class 1 Driver to join one of Pacific Northwest most unique transportation teams to Move the Impossible.

This is not a typical trucking job. From moving homes and oversized loads to supporting major industrial relocation projects, every day brings a new challenge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate Class 1 vehicles and specialized transportation equipment
  • Participate in heavy haul and oversize load transportation projects
  • Assist with structural moving and industrial relocation operations
  • Complete daily vehicle inspections and documentation
  • Follow company safety procedures and transportation regulations
  • Work effectively with project crews and site personnel
  • Represent Nickel Bros professionally on project sites and roadways

Qualifications

  • Valid Class 1 licence with a clean driver's abstract
  • Fluent English (written and oral)
  • Physically fit and willing to assist with hands-on project work
  • Drug testing will be required upon employment (DOT random drug tests will follow)

Assets

  • Crane certification
  • First Aid certification
  • Fall Protection certification
  • Industrial transportation, heavy haul, or oversize load experience
