About Anderson & Wint Cleaning Co.

Anderson & Wint Cleaning is a new Toronto cleaning company with a simple promise to our clients: a clean you can come home to. We clean homes, condos and small offices across the city, and we want a team that takes pride in doing the job properly. We're growing, so the people who join early will have room to grow with us.

What you'll do

  • Clean homes, condos and small offices to a clear checklist: kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting and surfaces
  • Handle regular cleans, deep cleans, and move-in or move-out cleans
  • Work alone or with a teammate, depending on the job
  • Treat clients' homes and belongings with care and respect
  • Let us know about anything that's damaged, unsafe, or needs extra time
  • Use our booking app or text updates to check in and confirm jobs are done

What we're looking for

  • Cleaning experience is required (homes, hotels, offices or similar)
  • Reliable and on time, with a good eye for detail
  • Able to stand, bend, kneel and lift up to 35 lbs for most of a shift
  • Comfortable communicating with clients and our team in English
  • Able to get around the GTA by transit or car (a vehicle is an asset, not a requirement)
  • Willing to complete a police check before your first shift

What you get

  • $19.00 to $30.00 per hour, based on experience and performance
