Job Summary

Komat Drilling is currently looking for Vac & Water Truck Operators with a Class 1 drivers license, to join our team!

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support services to drilling rigs
  • Driving units to and from various customer locations
  • Transporting material (fluid/ drill cutting/ sawdust/ cement)
  • Driving safely & professionally while following all Governmental Regulations & Laws, Company Policies & Procedures, Traffic Regulations & Laws
  • Performing other duties, as required on the drilling rigs

Qualifications and Skills

  • Vac/Water Truck experience
  • A valid Class 1 driver's license
  • Current & Valid safety tickets
  • Applicants with Semi-Vac, Vacuum Truck, experience will be given preference
  • Must be able to work as part of a team and follow directions
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment, in all weather conditions
  • Current Commercial Driver's Abstract (within last 30 days)
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening

Working Conditions

  • Hours of operation can be 24 hours per day, seven days per week
  • Shift duration is typically 12 hours in length (Day Shift 07:00-19:00; Night shift 19:00-07:00) hours of work are subject to change
  • Work rotations are variable and subject to change
  • Work location is typically remote and subject to frequent change
  • Work is performed outdoors under a variety of weather conditions
  • Work is physically demanding'
