As the Operations Associate, you will be responsible for a multitude of operational tasks working with the division management and staff under the guidance of the Division Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • You will assist in direct billings, VDM/VDR maintenance, processing sundry invoices and a variety of tasks to aid/assist in overall operational performance enhancement.
  • You must posses strong organization and prioritizing ability, be able to multitask on a consistent basis and have great communication skills.
  • You will adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • You will help to ensure operational and administrative procedures are implemented and followed by all branch personnel.
  • You will be responsible to complete daily administrative tasks that support all division branches working in tandem with the division operations team.
  • You will assist in managing the branch’s Health & Safety program ensuring all policies and training are compliant. Always leading by example.
  • You will participate in annual audits, admin procedures & safety as well as inventory counts as required.
  • You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service experience within the branches.
  • You will be a Brand Ambassador, by building brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences. You will consistently ensure that our corporate image is reflected.

Qualifications:

  • You have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in administration, sales operations or warehouse role.
  • You possess a good understanding of the AS400 system (an asset.)
  • You have a positive attitude and results driven mindset with a natural quest for root cause analysis and process improvement.
  • You have a valid drivers license.
  • Applicant must live within Atlantic Canada provinces.
